Issue of press notes, bulletins to the press, Review of the tone and temper of Hindi, English and Urdu newspapers published in the State and Submission of fortnightly confidential report of Government about the policy of Hindi, English and Urdu newspapers published in the State.
Publicity of the cultural and economic development of Bihar in different languages through magazines like Bihar information/Bihar Samachar-Bihar Ki-Khabren published from Patna in English/Hiudi/Urdu, or Sambad published in Santhale from Deoghar and weekly Adinpasi published from Ranchi in Hindi.
