Kendriya Vidyalaya, Deeptinagar was established on 15th December 1988.
The school at present is a double section school in the Permanent Township (PTS) of Deeptinagar from classes I To XII with a total strength of about 800 children.
In addition to basic education, computer education is compulsorily imparted to students of class III TO XII.
