Bihar Education Project Council (BEPC) is known as Bihar Education Project.
The project aims to achieve Universal Elementary Education (UEE) in the State of Bihar.
Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) and National Programme for Education of Girls at Elementary Level (NPEGEL)are some of the programmes by the council.
