Indira Gandhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (IGIPS) was established in the year 1987.
The institute first commenced with the Pharmacy course in the year 1988 with the approval of Pharmacy council of India, New Delhi and is also affiliated to both Orissa State Board of Pharmacy and Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
Well equipped with fourteen laboratories with Internet facility, lecture halls, multimedia halls and tutorial halls, library and computer center helps each student to educate in with a difference, organizing Workshops/ Seminars/ Symposiums.
