Attabira College provides teaching facilities both in Humanities & Science. The College started functioning from 19th July 1981 with 55 students and 07 departments.
In Humanities, Honours teaching facilities are available in History, Political Science and Oriya while in Science; this facility is there in Physics, Chemistry and Botany. Apart from these Industrial Fish & Fisheries is taught as a Vocational subject from 97-98 with financial assistance received from U.G.C during the 9th Plan period.
