Gola Gokaran Nath Temple is a Hindu temple located in Uttar Pradesh.
The temple history dates back to the times of Ramayana and is associated with Ravana and Lord Shiva. The idol here was meant to be taken to Lanka, so that Ravana could win the war, was placed here by Shiva's trickery.
The Shiv Linga here has an impression on it which looks like a Cow's Ear (Gow-Karn) and thus the name Gokaran Nath Temple.
