Uttarakhand Open University was established with an aim to disseminate knowledge and skills through distance learning with introduction of flexible and innovative methods of education to ensure independent learning.
The University operates under the physical boundary of the Indian State Uttarakhand, and has a network of 8 Regional Centres & 100+ Study Centres across the state.
