Madhyamaheshwar Temple is a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located in the Mansuna village in the Garhwal Himalayas in Uttarakhand.
Madhyamaheshwar Temple is the fourth temple to be visited in the Panch Kedar pilgrimage circuit. The temple is believed to be built by Pandavas of Mahabharatha.
