Goa Arts and Literary Festival 2011 : The 2nd Goa Arts and Literary Festival coincides with the 50th anniversary of Goa's liberation after 451 years of colonial rule.
It will be hosted by The International Centre Goa on 17 - 21 December 2011 in collaboration with Sahitya Academy, Goa Writers Group, Goa Konkani Akademi, Gomantak Marathi Akademi, Department of Tourism - Government of Goa and Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
