Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS) was established in 1955 as an extension department of St.Xaviers College, Ranchi.
The two year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resource Management), PGDM (Rural Management), PGDM (Information Technology), PGDM (Finance) and PGDM (Marketing) courses are offered in XISS.
