Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) was formed in 1962 and is located in the Ludhiana city (Punjab State) in north-west India.
The Punjab Agricultural University has four constituent colleges:
1. College of Agriculture,
2. College of Agricultural Engineering,
3. College of Home science and
4. College of Basic Sciences & Humanities.
The university offers 31 Master's and 30 Ph.D. programmes.
