The BLDE Association realised the growing needs of technical education in this region and started the College of Engineering and Technology in 1980.
To be an institution providing Technical Education and Training at Graduate and Post-Graduate levels in response to the changing needs of industries and society through a flexible and innovative learning process enabling the students to build productive careers and excel in their professions with high degree of integrity and ethical standards.
