The Nursing School is the first in India to introduce Computer Application in Nursing.
The Academy has got very good Research Centers for various disciplines. The Institute prepares students for the "A"Grade professionals in Nursing and Midwifery conducted by Karnataka State G.N.M. Examination Board under the auspices of the Director of Medical Education, Karnataka Nursing Council, Government of Karnataka. This course is already recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.
